we do not sell, accept, or otherwise deal with fakes or factory variants. buy with confidence as all shoes offered for sale are thoroughly inspected by our knowledgeable staff for condition and authenticity.
all shoes are being sold on 80/20 consignment, meaning individual sellers bring shoes to us and receive 80% of the sale price via bank check (or, for international consignees only, wire transfer) within 2 business days of sale. we handle everything else, so no more hassles with setting up auctions, taking photographs, chasing late or deadbeat buyers, dealing with fraudulent payments, or boxing and shipping shoes.

given that all shoes are being sold on consignment, all sales are final. no refunds, no exchanges. if you are concerned about sizing for a particular style of shoe, please feel free to email us before your purchase.
because all shoes are being sold on consignment, we cannot accept trades.
individual sellers work with our staff to set the sale prices for their own sneakers. prices will vary depending on rarity, condition, size availability, and on how quickly the seller wishes to sell.
some items are only available for purchase in-store and are only listed on our website as a courtesy.
because of the difficulty in accurately representing certain conditions -- generally a result of age -- on the website or even via email, for these items we require in-person inspection before purchase. examples include (but are not limited to) yellowing, bleeding, cracking, creasing, cloudy or soft air bags, dirt, fading, rips, scuffs, and stains plus missing items such as retro cards or lace locks.
all items available for purchase online are in mint or excellent condition, with absolutely minimal or no yellowing.
older shoes (for example, 1995 or older) may not be suitable for wear and may deteriorate quickly with actual usage (for example, the upper and midsole may separate). we will carefully note the condition of all of our inventory but cannot assume any responsibility in the case of older, vintage shoes.

a signature from someone at the delivery address -- in the presence of delivery personnel -- is required in order to release your order. if no one is present at the address, a door tag will be left and delivery will be reattempted on the following business day. your order may also be collected in person at the local delivery office listed on the door tag.
we accept most major credit cards (visa, mastercard, discover, and american express). all payment information is transferred from your computer to our servers using a secure, encrypted protocol (https).
as part of our ongoing efforts to combat credit card fraud, we may require additional identification verification for international and/or large orders.
we do not accept personal checks or money orders.
yes, provided that you have registered your address with the issuing provider of your gift card and that the billing address of your order exactly matches the registered address. gift cards without registered addresses may not be used.
the grand total of your order, including any applicable sales tax and shipping charges, must also be less than or equal to the available balance on your gift card. we do not support multiple forms of payment for a single order (i.e., using a gift card to pay for a portion of your order along with a credit card for the remaining balance).
we only ship to credit card billing addresses (in other words, where your statement is sent).
